Returns & Exchanges

At The Nothing Personal, we understand that style is subjective; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
